How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, which is exactly why discovery is free. After the call you get a written, fixed-price quote before you commit a dollar. If an off-the-shelf tool would be cheaper, we'll say so.
Is AI actually right for my business?
Sometimes — and we'll tell you honestly. AI shines on work that's repetitive and text-heavy: triage, drafting, lookups, data entry. We pilot one workflow on your real data before anything bigger, and if a plain automation beats AI, that's what we build.
What happens to our data when you use AI?
It stays private by default. We use enterprise model providers that don't train on your data, or models hosted in your own cloud when required. Each companion only gets access to what its job needs, and every action is logged.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most of our clients aren't. You bring the knowledge of your business; we translate it into software and explain every decision in plain English.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code, data, prompts, hosting accounts and documentation are handed over in full. Maintain it yourself, hire someone else, or keep us around.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We integrate with accounting, CRM, e-commerce, payments, scheduling and most tools that offer an API — and we can often work around the ones that don't.
What happens after launch?
We train your team and hand everything over. Many clients keep us on as a Party Member for support, AI monitoring and new features — but it's always optional.
